Legal agreement governing your use of bar01's gaming services and platform

bar01 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your payment method.
For responsible gaming purposes, Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that your Account is fully verified (KYC completed), you have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the requested withdrawal amount is at least Rp 100.000 (minimum withdrawal). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name matching your bar01 Account registration details.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 2-4 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24-48 hours.
Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be split proportionally. In cases where withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made through customer support.
bar01 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 withdrawals per day) or for withdrawals to payment methods requiring manual processing. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees which are beyond our control.
To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity may be declined or subject to administrative fees. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals or suspicious patterns of activity.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after meeting all wagering requirements and pending settlements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, bar01 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
